This is not a typical membership. It is ownership. A one-time $50,000 initiation gives your family a stake in everything. The lake pavilion, the waterfall pavilion, and the boat storage facility. Membership covers the primary member, their spouse, and children under 21. No separate fees for your immediate family. And a model designed so that operator revenue offsets your annual costs over time.
